Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to the loss of the deposit left for the service or a $25 late cancellation fee for packages. If the service is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee based on the scheduled service. If more than one service is scheduled, the client will be charged the fee for each scheduled service. If the scheduled service was part of a package that you purchased, you forfeit that service from the package.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your appointment up to two times; upon the third reschedule, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee.
Booking Special Policy
All booking specials are valid for 3 months from the date of the booking event, unless otherwise stated. Monthly specials are valid for that month only and cannot be redeemed outside of the month of the special.
