There is a $25 deposit required to reserve the appointment. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the medication or, should you not be a good candidate for the medication, returned to you via the method of payment used. 

The initial order of Semaglutide will last a minimum of 10 weeks (this is dose dependent). Subsequent orders will vary based on current dose. 

The initial order of Tirzepatide will last for a minimum of 10 weeks. Refills will last for 8 weeks when at the max dose.

Every order of medication is ordered per patient. This is to ensure that you receive the medication when it is fresh, as the shelf life of compounded medications is much shorter than commercially produced medications. 

Much like medical providers, compounding pharmacies are licensed on a state-by-state basis, therefore they can only ship into states in which they are licensed. If you will be out of town, we encourage you to order your medication before you leave, or give the office a call to find out if our compounding pharmacies are licensed in the state you will be visiting.

Please allow 14-21 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing and shipping. While occasionally the medication may arrive sooner than this window, we always advice on erring to the side of caution as there are extraneous circumstances that can affect processing and shipping. 

No. We do not take insurance. For our testosterone replacement patients, we can apply your insurance to your lab orders. 

While semaglutide is FDA approved for use in patients age 12 and up, we will not see patients that are minors without a faxed request by their pediatrician. This form must be faxed directly from the pediatrician to our office. Please call our office for our fax number.

Botox is $13/unit. The amount required is dependent on what areas you want treated, how much muscle movement you want remaining (or how little!), and whether you are male or female (men require more). The best way to find out is to schedule a virtual consultation! This is a quick 15 minute appointment that allows us to give you an estimate for treatment.

Yes! We will start with filler and end with Botox. Expect the session to last about an hour, give or take, based on areas treated, pain tolerance, and desired results.
